Round Lake - Beautiful Views - Small Mouth/Walleye Fishing!

This was our fourth trip staying at this house. We always have a fantastic stay. Great house with beautiful sunsets every night. Good fishing, clean water. Most importantly, the hosts are always responsive and make sure everything is perfect for our visit. We truly feel at home here and can’t wait to come back again!

All the positive remarks from previous reviews are true, including Karen & Doug's attentiveness to guests, great communication about weather fronts in the area, etc. It is so spacious, including two full bathrooms. Loved the decks! The waterfront with a truly sandy beach was a highlight for our three grandchildren, ages 10-14. We liked it so much we reserved the same week next year.

We had very relaxing week. The cabin is very well stocked with everything you need. It is very clean. The lake is clear, and it has a really nice beach area by the dock. Sunsets are right over the lake, and they are beautiful. The owners of the cabin, Karen and Doug are very welcoming.

This is a great property to relax by the lake and enjoy time with family and friends. Inside and out, we had everything we needed. Our host was helpful and answered every question we had. We’ve stayed here before, and will be going back again next year!

This was our third time staying at this lovely lakefront home. The waters are ultra-clean and full of fish. Swimming, boating and fishing. This place has it all. It is very peaceful and relaxing. Karen and Doug are fantastic hosts and check in occasionally to be sure our stay is complete.

This was an amazing property for our family! With great outdoor spaces, plus comfortable family rooms for those rainy days, the four adults in our group had plenty of space to relax and connect. This was our second time at this property and we love it. Nothing fancy, but if you're looking for a cottage on a lake, this is the place. Bring your boat, or rent one locally for the week. Fishing is good and the water clean and spring fed.

We enjoyed our week in this cute knotty pine cabin set on beautiful, lush grounds on a perfect lake. We caught fish, boated, played in the water golfed, and spent an afternoon at the Paul Bunyan Amusement Park nearby. Hosts live next door and were available to answer any questions we had. They also left us a treat basket which was a special touch and appreciated. Thanks so much for sharing your sweet cabin with us.
