This year we built a beautiful swimming pool, 14' x 32' which is equipped with water heating and a nice patio area around. Very nice neighbors and just behind the property there is a golf club. There is also a trail that crosses behind the backyard to walk and breathe the fresh air of nature. The first beach is a 16-minute driving called Craigville Beach. 8 minutes from Stop & Shop and 11 minutes from Mashpee Commons which is an outside mall where you can find many restaurants, bakery, Chinese food, liquor store and more.
