A couple windows are inoperable, but most are in good working order and have new storm windows and screens. The fireplace is not available for guest use, however there is a Solo Stove for a backyard firepit. All kitchen appliances and AC are newer. The hot water from the basement takes a couple minutes to travel up two floors to the showers. You may see our handyman tackling our yard on Mondays during your stay.brbrIf you're looking for a crash pad to host a party, then keep looking. There are no parties allowed & the minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Our home has exterior cameras with audio & video recording. Dogs are welcome for an additional fee. Monthly stays include basic cleaning every two weeks.
