You are less than a 5 minute walk to campus, and very close to Eddy Street Commons where they are many dining and shopping options available.brbrGetting Around:brIf you want to escape the crowds, try exploring downtown South Bend, or nearby Mishawaka. Both are less than 5 miles from the house. Mishawaka also has a large shopping district on the north side of town, with shops and dining, also within a 10 minute car ride.brbrOther Things to Note:brAdditional house rulesbr1. Guests will be charged in full for any damage or violations of the house rules below.brbr2. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation.brbr3. All guests must complete HomeStayHQ’s online check-in form to stay with us. This may require a photo of guests’ government-issued ID and personal information to verify their identity and comply with regulatory requirements.brbr4. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.brbr5. Smoking/Vaping violations are subject to a 250 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Illegal drugs of any kind are prohibited and not allowed on the property, including Marijuana.brbr6. Parties, gatherings or events and excessive noise are not allowed, including outside on private balconies, decks, patios or shared spaces, only the guests you listed are allowed on the property.
