I have traveled all over the world and know the little things that are important, after all when you travel it is the experience that makes the difference.brbrThe home has been updated with hardwood floors throughout. You will have access to the entire house including the basement which has an additional family room, double bed, and a washer and dryer. There are beach towels in the hall closet. The Foyer doubles as a study with a printer that you can connect to via wifi. Cable TV in living room and family room. Apple TV with Netflix and movies purchased on iTunes in master bedroom. brbrGuests have the entire house, pool, and fire pit on an acre and a half of land that is very private yet in the middle of the city convenient to restaurants and shopping. We go above and beyond to provide all of the amenities for comfortable and convenient stay! Starbucks is within walking distance or a very short drive!brbrPlease note that I have nice white linens. If you stain or damage them you will be responsible to replace them. Your deposit will be withheld if the home needs to be deep cleaned after your stay, such as the oven, stain removal of items, excessive garbage removal (you are allowed one dumpster), etc. brbrAdditional guests: This home is setup 6 guests. Any additional guest need to have pre-approval at the time of booking with a $25 charge for each additional guest per day. Leashed pets are allowed on the Monon trail and welcome here.brThe spacebrThis is a thoughtfully laid out three bedroom, duplex house. All the sleeping quarters are upstairs as is the full bath. Ample parking in the rear lot as well as a nice place to walk your dog but regrettably not fenced.brbrThis is a quiet street. That seems a little crowded because parking is only allowed on one side of the street. Again, another reason to be glad for ample parking in the rear. If you’re familiar with the show Buying Back the Block with comedian, Mike Epps and his wife Kyra on HGTV, this is that neighborhoodbrbrAll beds are queen and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, etc. will be in place.
