The basement contains a new gas dryer and washing machine.brbrThe house is located on a quiet 0.7 acres approximately 1 mile from famous Broad Ripple Village (over 40 pubs and restaurants within a few blocks) and approx 8 miles from the stadium and downtown Indianapolis, with a large driveway that can easily handle a dozen or more cars.
