Inside, you'll find a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, air fryer, Instant Pot, blender, and more. We also provide linens, beach towels, chairs, mats, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, a beach umbrella, a cooler, and even binoculars for whale watching in season. The condo also has two TVs, ceiling fans, stand fans, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.brbrThe building has a roof-mounted, water-cooled central Air Conditioning system. Please note, however, that it does not function like mainland AC systems and will not make the condo super cold. Most guests find the condo very comfortable with open windows, natural cross-ventilation, trade winds, ceiling fans, and stand fans, which keep the space fresh with tropical breezes. If you prefer super cool indoor temperatures, this may not be the condo for you.brbrThe Princess Building is a smoke-free, pet-free property, and we have an on-duty security guard 24/7 for peace of mind.brbrNote that Waikiki and Honolulu are about an hour’s drive away and you may see homeless camps along the route.
