Mapu Place is a bright spacious 3-bedroom home in Princeville. Its open floor plan and vaulted ceilings gives a large welcoming feeling. There are wood floors throughout the great room and bedrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen have lovely travertine tile. There are ceiling fans throughout the house including in the kitchen and master bathroom. All counter tops are granite. This is truly an executive house.brThe master suite is on the far side of the house giving it privacy. Through this bedroom you will find the master bathroom with his and her sinks but also his and her shower heads in the large open shower. The two other rooms both containing king size beds. A bathroom that has a Jacuzzi tub joins the two rooms. A fourth sleeping space is in the loft with two twin beds.brThe kitchen is one of the many highlights of the home. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 6, and has two lanais, one on ground level and another in the primary bedroom upstairs overlooking the golf course. It's an end unit, so even though the condo has one attached, it feels very private and secluded.brbrOur location, right next to the Westin Resort in Princeville, offers unparalleled convenience.
