This meticulously designed home features a well-equipped kitchen, fantastic airflow with brand new Air Conditioning system, and a reversed floor plan with a living room, kitchen, and lanai that are perfect for entertaining. The zen garden-type yard provides ultimate peace, while ample storage and accessibility-friendly features cater to elderly travelers.

Our open kitchen is stocked with modern appliances, including a blender, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric stove, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, and toaster. Beach enthusiasts will appreciate the provided towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, adult and kids snorkeling masks, and a cooler.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing

To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.



Pet Policy

Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:



$50 for 1 dog



$100 for 2 dogs



Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
