The lower level has three bedrooms (1-king, 1-queen, and 1-double bed), plus two full baths. There's a private lanai off the primary bedroom on the lower floor. Or enjoy the views and the breezes from the upstairs lanai off the living room. The interior has been beautifully remodeled recently. Tile floors, granite counters, spacious primary shower all satisfy the senses. We've even included AC in the bedrooms.
