Enter the back gate, and the first view looking through the glass door, across the entry area, and beyond the patio is of the ocean framed by palm trees, and the sandy beaches of Paia, Baldwin and Spreckelsville. The property is fenced and lined with vegetation on both sides to provide great privacy. It sits at the end of a little laneway, WALKING distance to all of the shops and restaurants in Paia. Sitting between the house and the ocean is a 50 foot lap pool and a hot-tub. NOTE: The ocean is rocky in front of the house, and therefore NO ocean access from the property..brbrAll rooms with the exception of the play room and the 4th bedroom face directly to the ocean! brThe ground level has a master suite facing out to the ocean, with a large bathroom (shower). There is a very well equipped kitchen, large living area, and of course, views from all rooms. Be sure to reserve early to claim your space. brbrThis spacious 2300 sf townhome has such fabulous views that it feels like indoor/outdoor living. The main level has a well equipped kitchen, dining area, and two separate living areas. All of this looks across the large lanai to the focal point, a perfect view of the ocean. A half bath and laundry room are conveniently located on this level. brMoving upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Two of the rooms have king beds, and look out to that fabulous view. This is an adorable, nearly 700 sq. ft., one bedroom, or 2 bedroom (see listing #11060221) house with high, vaulted ceilings and shiny wood floors. The house is a half block off Hana Highway, less than a mile from Paia town and in the middle of all North Shore Beaches. The nearest beach access is Tavares Beach, only a couple blocks away. We are on the mountain side of Hana Highway. brbrThe bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a full size futon/couch in the living area for additional sleeping space. There is a WINDOW A/C in the bedroom and another WINDOW A/C in the kitchen/living area with ceiling fans in all the rooms. The house is equipped with cable, wi-fi, DVD player and a full kitchen that has everything you need to feel right at home. There is an outdoor grill with a bistro set out front and another bistro set on the back porch where you can enjoy an afternoon mai tai or for dining al fresco.
