There is excellent snorkeling at the resort (Honokeana Cove). brbrSnorkeling is also good at Kapalua and Napili Bays, with-in easy walking distance. Golf and tennis are available at the Kapalua Resort. The Kapalua West Maui Airport is less than five minutes away. Kahului Airport is about a 50 minute drive.brbrThe resort has two swimming pools, with nearby outdoor barbecue grills (both gas and charcoal), and picnic tables. Next door are two restaurants. At Napili Bay and at Kapalua there are several more excellent restaurants.brbrABOUT THE BEACHbrThe beautiful Napili Bay white sand beach is just a short walk (about 150 yards) along an ocean front path. The beach is uncrowded and good for swimming, snorkeling, and boogie boarding. It is usually fairly calm as in the picture, but can get large waves in season. There is a very nice beach front restaurant at the end of the beach. It services breakfast, lunch and dinner.brbrYou can use the A/C, or if you prefer there is a great breeze that blows through the unit with the windows open in the front and rear, with ceiling fans in all the rooms it is very comfortable.
