Ocean Front Napili Point C25 Great Views Turtles Whales & Sunsets from Lanai A/C

The host was extremely helpful with check-in and throughout the stay. The view is amazing and everything was as indicated in the VRBO listing. We saw turtles in the bay very often, as well as many whales in the distance - and we enjoyed beautiful sunsets. We hope to return again soon!

This was our first time staying in this unit, even though we’ve been coming to Napili Point Resort for years, and it was amazing. The unit was wonderful with beautiful views, and the AC and shade screen were a huge bonus on hot days. The host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We highly recommend this unit and host. We were able to see turtles in the bay, whales breaching in the ocean, and some of the best snorkeling is just steps from the door.

Beautiful views, easy drive and parking, inviting landscape. This was a quiet neighborhood situated away from the highway. The unit was well stocked and cleaned. We did not encounter any indoor insect life. The outdoor creatures were fun and you can also see the Hawaiian green turtles from your lanai. The snorkeling was wonderful and suitable for a child. You can walk to Napili Bay but it's a bit tricky. I had the opportunity to snorkel with sea turtles including a baby right from the property, at the appropriate distance. The pool is smaller and there is no hot tub but it's really not necessary. It was never crowded unlike at the big resorts. Although I love dogs and have one, I appreciated that this facility did not permit dogs. When we would walk over to Napili Bay, multiple people had large, unleashed dogs on the beach including a couple that continuously barked at everyone for hours. I really enjoyed that this was not the experience at Napili Point. I would stay at this complex and at this specific unit on the future.

Perfect location! Access to long walk, swimming with turtles, sandy beach and calm waters. Friendly and accommodating host. Kitchen adequately stocked. Great pics to really relax and enjoy the island vibes.

Loved our visit, and loved the location of this property! Although the bathrooms could use some updating, it was nice, clean and comfortable. In the description, it says the a/c is ice cold, but that's only if you agree that 72 degrees F is ice cold. That is the lowest it goes, and on a hot day, it could not keep up. That said, the ceiling fans made it comfortable. We appreciated the beach chairs! They had some snorkeling gear, but we didn't use it.

We enjoyed our stay at this water front condo. Great location with an amazing view of the cove with lots of turtles. Napili Bay Beach is within walking distance.

The best thing about this place is the location! They are absolutely correct that you can view sea turtles easily from the outside balcony. We ate most of our meals at the outdoor table overlooking the beautiful view. Super easy to snorkel directly next to the property to see the turtles and then a quick walk over to Nāpili Beach- one of the best beaches on the island in our opinion! We had a great stay and would happily stay here again.

We had a great stay at Napili Point! You can't beat the view here - we loved counting sea turtles each morning from the lanai. There were some minor issues with certain fixtures in the condo, but Nick was very responsive and quick to address. As noted in previous reviews, the second bedroom is an open loft, so once kids went to bed up there my husband and I had to be fairly quiet, but it worked out fine for our group and we liked that it had two beds in the second bedroom for the kids. Overall really enjoyed the location, and the quick (but rocky) walk down to snorkel in the bay.

We enjoyed it very much. If you are into snorkeling and spending time on the beach this is the place.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It has everything you need, and the view is gorgeous. The kitchen seems to have been updated, so I imagine the bathrooms will be updated soon as well. We would happily stay here again!

I had such a great time staying here with my friend! The location was perfect—right by the ocean where we saw sea turtles and whales every day. We even caught a few surfers riding some pretty big waves. It was so cool to see that wildlife right outside the door.The upstairs bedroom had some limited privacy, but it worked out well for my friend, and the downstairs bedroom had full privacy, which was nice. The place had everything we needed, and being so close to the beach made it all even better.The only hiccup was on check-out day. After I got out of the shower, the cleaner let himself in while I was still in the bathroom getting prepped for the day. He said he knocked, but I was in the bathroom near the front door and he just assumed we'd already left, even though check-out wasn’t until 11 am and it was only 8:30. It was a little scary being a woman and having a strange man let himself in. I'm sure he's a nice guy (and he apologized profusely), but really was the only off putting thing this trip. I'd tell the host to not to assume guests have departed and to knock HARD and plentifully to be sure. Aside from that, everything else was amazing.We had such a great time and would definitely come back!

Nick's home was a wonderful stay for our family of four. It was in a good location on the West side. The unit was clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. Nick was very responsive to our questions. We hope to return soon. Thank you so very much for having us.

We take our yearly family trip to the island and stay in here for the spectacular views, access to food/shops, and multiple beaches within walking distance. Great property
