Full kitchen and nearby outdoor BBQ are available for cooking meals. Not that you will spend much time inside watching TV but we have a brand new 65 4k TV in the living room and another TV in the bedroom. Our condo has Spectrum Cable TV and High Speed Wifi. The bedroom features a king bed and 42 4k TV. In the living room, the sofa has a pull-out bed to allow for accommodations of up to 4 people. In the closet we try to keep snorkel gear for adults and children, beach toys, beach mats, umbrellas for the beach and reusable shopping bags, however sometimes stuff goes broken or missing without our knowledge, please let us know if that is the case.brbrOUR CONDO’S LOCATION IN THE COMPLEXbrOur condo is in Bldg. 40 on the first floor. Parking is FREE and is located next to building making it easy to bring in your luggage or groceries. Against other owners advice, we have recently added a small combination washer/dryer in the unit. It is usually open 7am-7pm and features a beautiful outdoor pool with water slide, a sand bottom shallow pool for children, hot tub, fitness equipment, 4 tennis courts, 2 half basketball courts, 3 pickle-ball courts, and shuffleboard. With the shutters open you can hear some road noise from the bedroom. We have found that closing windows or running a fan easily covers any road noise at night. It has very rarely been an issue for our guests.br
