Guest Access:

You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.



The Neighborhood:

Hoone Rd, fronting Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, turns into Pee Rd. This winding street is a popular place to watch the sunset on the wall fronting Nihi Kai or to walk one way and return to the Poipu Kai Greenbelt.



Getting Around:

When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.



Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

    The location of this property is the best. Beautiful views! Easy beach access and the pool was just steps from our door.Parking was a bit tight with a Suburban. The condo was clean and had everything we needed but it is very worn and dated. In particular, the kitchen cabinets are past needing replacement…doors don’t close well and wood is deteriorating.Only one bad experience was with the lady at the check-in office…she was out when we arrived midday, and there was a note on the door to call a phone number to provide vehicle info for parking pass which I did. The next day I got a parking violation notice on my windshield so I went to the office again. This time she was there. She was very nasty and told me a didn’t check in as directed that’s why I got the notice…I told her I had followed instructions on the door and that she hadn’t listened to her voicemails. She was very nasty and told me to have a “blessed day.” Very glad we didn’t have to interact with her again.Overall we would come back to this location again

    Upon arrival we were very disatisfied with the condo it was dated and dirty hard to access the tv did not work the whole time we were there which was very frustrating due to coming from a different time zone sitting in the dark in the morning and night with no tv was a terrible situation! Also the tv was replaced after two days but the cable still did not work talked with the management team about a refund with no success!

    Location, location, location. The view and activity on the sea, wildlife and human are fantastic. So close to swimming, snorkeling and boogie boarding!

    I could go on and on about how beautiful it was and how great the location was. I am going to try my best to be as picky as I can be and come up with something that was not perfect. I did call the management company to get an extra key to the gate to go to the beach (you also need it to get into the recycle room to drop off recycling after hours) they said no we only get one. The problem is the beach is a few minute walk so you either all go together at the same time and come back at the same time or you can not get back in the gate. The only other thing is you are so close to the water that the waves crashing against the rocks outside the bedroom can be loud at night you might want ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Yes that is a 1st world problem and that's the best I can come up with as far as problems. When we come back we will stay here again if its available.

    Need a lot of repairs .water constantly leaks from air conditioners water is under flooring so when you walk the water comes out. Toilet needs a good plunging inside bedding was comfortable outside furniture was not .it took over an hour to get into condo very disappointed have stayed many times but not in107
