To make sure your clothes get dry in a timely fashion, keep your dryer loads small to medium in size.brbrWashing MachinebrAfter using the washer, please leave the washer door open for 12 to 24 hours to ensure the washer dries completely. Front loading washers have a seal to ensure no water leakages, but this means they never completely dry, which can then cause mildew. Thank you so much for your help. brbrAir Conditioner Exhaust on LanaibrUnfortunately, the air conditioner compressor sits in the lanai closet. When the air conditioner is on, hot air blows out onto the lanai. If you choose to eat out on the lanai, I recommend you turn off the air conditioner units in each room. The compressor will then not blow hot air. I know this isn’t very convenient, but unfortunately, due to the design of the condo complex, it’s something we have to put up with.brbrAC Unit Settings brPlease keep all of the AC units at 72 degrees – no lower than 70 degrees. Enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. Our guests say the beach in front of our condo feels very private and relaxing. You will enjoy grilling on one of the multiple BBQ's and picnic tables right next to the beach. There is also shuffle board next to the BBQ area if you like to play. brbrOur condo consists of 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds. Our couch is a sofa bed. Our unit sleeps a total of 6 people. We have 2 full bathrooms, laundry area, large living room, dinning room and kitchen. As you can see from our pictures, we fully remodeled the entire condo in 2022. We have AC and fans in every room. The showers are spacious with floor to ceiling tile. Our kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The ocean views from the master bedroom are amazing and you will look forward to looking out the large windows every morning when you wake up. br brOur 2 bed/2bath property is located at the oceanfront Menehune Shores complex. There is also one of the best Indian restaurants (Monsoon India) on the bottom floor of our building. brbrNext to Menehune Shores you can find the Kalepolepo Beach Park and the Mai Poina Beach Park which is about 2 minutes away. Less than 1 mile away, you can enjoy many restaurants and grocery stores and shopping. The closest shopping center includes Miso Phat Sushi, Roasted Chiles (great salsa!), Nutcharees Authentic Thai Food, Coconut's Fish Cafe (our favorite), Long's Drug store, Safeway Grocery Store, Outback Steakhouse, Subway, Panda Express, Cold Stone Creamery, Round Table pizza etc. brbrThere is so much to do in Maui including snorkeling, scuba diving, zip lining, etc. There is a stand in the front of the condo building with lots of info pertaining to excursions.

There are many days you may find that a car is not necessary. The Island Surf Building has a delis, dive shop, bike rentals, day spas, surf shop, and other convenient businesses located on the first floor. It is across the street from Kalama Beach Park where one can either watch or participate in basketball, roller blading, skate boarding, sand volleyball, snorkeling, surfing, paddle boarding, and fishing. brThe Cove, located just across the street, is well known to be the best beginner surf and/or paddle boarding area on the island. Rental gear and/or excellent instructors are conveniently located at the new Maui Wave Rider surf store across the street. One can easily enjoy watching your friends and family play in the ocean or at the park from the private lanai. brWhale season is between November and April, and the whales are easy to spot from this unique, top floor lookout.
