We also added a Designated smoking Area outside across the Parking lot area we have a sign posted where you can smoke. (NO smoking in the units or next to the building). Late Check out fee $300 Check out time is on your reservation.br– There shall not be smoking inside the rental or next to the building $500 fee will be added and Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied and you will have to vacate the property immediately. If dishes are not washed, a $50 extra cleaning fee will be applied.
