During this project, guests can expect noisy work (drilling & hammering) occurring Monday-Friday, from 8am-4:30pm. Safety measures will be in place, but some degree of dust and vibrations are unavoidable depending on the area being worked on. The building pool and sundeck will be closed until late Summer 2026. For segments of the project, each unit's lanai will be inaccessible, and during the day air conditioners may be turned off to allow paint to cure properly.
