DUE TO BILL 41 we are only allowed to rent one time in a 30 day period so our minimum bookings will be 30 days or longer. brbrWe have been waiting to remodel this home, but first the pandemic made it difficult with not being able to travel, and now the 90 day rule, so not sure when the remodel will take place. The wood floors need to be redone as they are scratched. The garage doors need to be replaced, but cannot do that until the remodel, so parking inside the garage is not an option. There are two parking spaces in front of the garage available for two regular size vehicles. Until the remodel is done, we have reduced the rate by over $200 a night. brbrThis 4 bed 2 1/2 bath home on the North shore has an amazing view of the beach and ocean. The 4th bedroom is a small rooftop room with a twin bed; this room gives you access to a huge rooftop deck that has amazing view of the most popular beaches on the north shore. The rental is comfortable and sleeps up to 9 in beds but has a large sectional sofa. This house is perfect for a large family or large group of friends wanting to enjoy the North Shore. The home is set in the most prime area on the North Shore conveniently located midway between Sunset and Waimea overlooking the most famous surf spots in the world. brbrYou will love the attention to comfort and hospitality in this home. Granite bar/counters in kitchen and master bath, vessel sinks, travertine shower with stand alone bath tub, all stainless appliances, a/c in two bedrooms & Living room.
