You can also enjoy the large flat screen TV from either of the master beds. The upstairs Master also includes a Sony Bluray disc player. All the main bedrooms have large walk-in closets. You'll be able to relax in this tub with the built-in fireplace providing a warm backdrop in front of you. This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Tybee Island. With four bedrooms featuring a king, two queens, and two twin beds, as well as a queen sofa bed, there is of space for everyone to relax. The walk in master closet is large and can comfortably fit a pack n play which we provide for toddlers, close to mom and dad, yet away from other guest noises. They never know they missed a thing! Guests can unwind in one of the two full bathrooms, including soaking tubs for a soothing bath, and showers. There is also a half bath available for your guests. The large living room offers plenty of space for you and your guests and a cozy sofa bed which is ideal for extra guests or quiet evenings. There is a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful island with seating for three, as well as dining table seating for eight. Outside there is also an eating bar with seating for an additional three. We have two screened porches, one in front and one in the rear, overlooking our beautiful pool. There are table and chairs for eating for four as well as loungers and tables pool side. For your beach days, we have a large beach wagon to help with your beach gear, beach chairs for your use, a beach shade, and buckets and shovels for the kiddos. Shovels are a must have! We have a few bikes, nothing to look at, but available for your use, and golf carts and bikes are also available locally to rent. The appliances are all stainless steel with new cabinetry, an island that serves as a breakfast bar and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and cooking utensils. All luxury vinyl flooring on all floors and bead board in all hallways and stairwells are updated features. There are 3 flat screen TVs in the house, LR, primary BR and BR on the ground floor. The master bedroom faces the ocean and the views are breathtaking. The bedrooms are comfortable and furnished with quality linens and bed coverings. There are also overhead fans in all of the bedrooms. The 3.5 bathrooms include a half bath on the main floor next to the kitchen, the primary with a walk in shower , the 2nd bathroom with a bathtub/shower and the third bathroom with a walk in shower. Washer and dryer on ground floor available for your use. To reach the beach, you just take the path on the other side of the house and the beach is in sight. The one car garage has plenty of beach chairs, a gas grill, an extra refrigerator, a cooler and a beach umbrella for your use. The driveway can accommodate 3 parked cars. We focus on upkeep and cleanliness and this is just not a rental home but my private home whenever I can meet up with my family. This is a private two unit townhouse with two sets of stairs. It may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. It has a private deck, entrance, driveway and garage.
