The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is located 1.6miles, 5 minutes away from Roswell Square and roughly 5-10 minutes away from high 400 (US HWY 19). Close to highway I-285 as well roughly 15minutes down highway 400. Also about 35-45min away from downtown Atlanta with traffic making it more like 55 minutes. Nice restaurants, coffee shops and cafes all around and in walking distance. Close to shopping and grocery stores. Nature walks around for morning runs or afternoon runs. There is a Main Master bedroom with a him and hers sink, shower and closets. Then a Second Master with a regular bathroom and closet setup. The other two bedrooms upstairs share a hall bath with a tub shower combo and their own closets. There is also a basement that can be completely separate with its own kitchen and full bath and bedroom and living room and entrance. There is a 2 door garage that can fit two cars and a drive way that can accommodate about 3 more cars. There is a gas grill in the back with a large backyard for any pets but there are no fences up. There is a tv only in the basement and in the living room and the sunroom is connected to the living room. Close to Marta train station for the 2026 World Cup and other sporting events.
