The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with cooking gear, spices, and oil, and includes a coffee maker with filters and coffee provided. With enough plates, glasses, bowls, and silverware to serve 12, you'll have everything you need to enjoy meals together. The dining room has seating for 6, and the kitchen bar has seating for 4.brbrThe main level of the home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with a king bed, 3 queen beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. There are lots of families who live on our street and our neighbors beside us and in front of us are super friendly. Our home is located minutes away from major grocery stores, great restaurants, and lots of the other standard retail stores that come with living in a big city. I-20 is only 1 mile away so that makes it easy to get everywhere else you might want to visit while you are in Atlanta.brbrThe nearest Marta station is Indian Creek and is located about 4 miles away. The Indian Creek Marta station is on the blue line. Downtown Decatur is 7 miles away and Downtown Atlanta is located about 13 miles away. Our home is located about 20-30 minutes from the airport depending on trafficbrbr******Accurate guest count is required by VRBO and our insurance. Please make sure when you book the house you enter the correct number of guests including all those that will be staying overnight or visiting. For example, if you plan on 6 people staying overnight and 2 people visiting during the day, the guest count is 8 people. If you have questions about this policy, please send us a message before you book.brbr***Please note a $500 pre-authorization hold (not a charge) will be placed on the credit card used to book your reservation 24 hours before check-in. This hold will be released after your stay, provided there are no damages or additional charges. Please make sure the number of guests in your reservation is accurate. A guest is defined as any person who visits the property for at least 5 minutes. No matter what the package says, flushable wipes or anything besides toilet paper and human waste should never be flushed down toilets. brbr8. We provide a gas grill, but guests are responsible for providing their own propane and cleaning the grill after each use. If the propane tank is empty, you can exchange the tank at local gas stations between $20 and $25. brbr9. Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited. There is an additional $100 fee if our cleaning team finds glitter or confetti.brbr10.
