Take an easy 45 second, walk to the lake in our quite cove and go for an evening canoe, its pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks. The home has amazing fast internet, streaming media on the televisions, SONOS whole home audio system, games for the whole family, gas grill, multiple decks to enjoy the wooded setting by the lake, foosball table and a kitchen that is very well appointed. At Lanier Vacation Rentals our goal is to provide a 5 star level of service experience beyond anything you you would expect. Send us a note and let us know how we can make your experience 5 star!brbrbrThe FULL POOL LAKE LANIER LAKE LEVEL is 1,071' above sea level. At full pool there is 5'6 of water under the dock. We have no warning of the Army Corps of Engineers plan regarding control of lake levels. Guests should check to make sure this elevation is appropriate for their needs. Spring / Summers are typically at or above Full Pool. At full pool we can hold most any motor boat on the lake and most sailboats under 30', ALL without any issue. Double check lake level elevations online, to see if the current levels meet your needs. Water has been very low this year and the dock was grounded in April/May.

Large family room with 75” TV, 3 bathrooms with one off them with steam room. On the bottom deck covered there is a Jacuzzi also. About 5000 sqft of room for several families. Dock has canoe, paddle boards, and multiple floating devices to enjoy the lake. brNew Firepit installed in 2022. No group non family members rentals accepted. brNo party groups allowed, only families. no loud music (we love our neighbors). This is our home that we love and take deep care of.
