This is a duplex, so only the downstairs is available. The upstairs is occupied by a long-term tenant. The house also offers a baby chair. We are always trying to improve and add to make the stay as convenient and comfortable as possible for our guests.brbrGuests will only have access to the first floor.brbrI will greet you upon arrival if need be and live only a minute away from home. The house has a key code lock box for self check in. There is a house info folder just inside door explaining details about the house (wifi password, etc) and it lists nearby stores, restaurants, and bars. Guests have done this in the past and it has taken nearly three days to remove the strong odors from the house, even with our professional cleaning. If the home is found to have a pungent smell from cooking or smoking following your stay, we will need to impose a $300 fine.

Every room is furnished with a smart TV.brbrThe pool is NOT heated by standard. If you would like to use the pool heater, please let us know in advance. We have two double seating 13.5 ft kayaks for the adventurers! The nearest boat launch is less than 1 mile away from the property. The large pato is complete with a heated swimming pool and outdoor kitchen and entertaining area with many tranquil seating areas - a dining table for six, 55 Smart TV, a fire pit area & seating for four, outdoor bar with two bar stools, four chaise sun loungers & an outdoor sofa. The gourmet kitchen will not disappoint and is fully appointed with all the necessities for you to make a feast!
