The master bathroom has two vanities and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower with glass block. There are two dual sliding glass doors in the kitchen and living room, which lead out to the lanai. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinets. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and houses a stainless front loader washer and dryer with ample cabinetry. There is Italian porcelain tile flooring throughout the house. Blinds are on all windows.brbrThe master bedroom has a TV and king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom is a den with a comfortable pull out couch.brbrThe house is equipped with a two-car plus golf cart garage (and new 2025 Yamaha QuieTech 4 seater golf cart!) and is located on a beautiful cul-de-sac in the Village of Osceola Hills. It is a short golf cart ride to the Burnsed and the Rohan Recreation Centers. The Belle Glade golf course and country club are just a few blocks away. Lots of other conveniences, including Publix, are very close too!brbrThe house is fully furnished.
