Wonderful property. Quiet and comfortable. Loved the golf cart.

This property exceeded our expectations! It was very clean and amazingly comfortable. It was great to have the use of the golf cart, and the house was so conveniently located. The best was the responsiveness of the host (Don) who helped us before we arrived with timely responses to our questions. He really went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our vacation!

We enjoy staying at this location every time. The host is always very pleasant and accessible. The house is in a great location (pool, golf, town squares) and is very attractive, clean, comfortable and well outfitted. It really hits all the marks for a great stay.

House was great and as advertised. It is located in a great area, close to the pool, Rec Center, shopping, and multiple town squares. Don and Lynn were wonderful to deal with and responded in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again

Don and Lynn are the best hosts and were quick responses to any of our questions during our stay. The home was just as advertised and had everything we could have needed during our stay. The home was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and a fully stocked kitchen. The ability to use the golf cart was a plus. Great location with access to local shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again soon.

It needs a refresh, but overall it is in a good location. Communication and check in was on point.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfy this house was. Everything was perfect, including the communication with the owners. Beds are comfy, bedding is good quality, couches are super comfortable. We will be renting again for our next trip to The Villages no doubt. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect. We were in for my granddaughter’s dance recital and to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Your home was a wonderful, comfort, and very welcoming!! And was also packed with everything you could have needed. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool!! Thank you again for your hospitality!

We had a great visit, as we did last year at the same property. Love the location and the house. It had everything we needed. Don and Lynn are wonderful hosts.

My wife and I were completely blown away by our experience in this beautifully appointed Villa. My wife is an interior designer and on the “bougie” side and just loved the furnishings, decor, cleanliness, and functionality of the property. The location was perfect for exploring all the Villages has to see including the Town Centers, Golf, restaurants, and shopping. All via super-cool Golf Cart. We just loved every second of our stay and can’t wait to come back. In fact, our retirement search is over-we fell in love with the Villages. On to house-hunting! Lastly, Don is a phenomenal host who has thought of everything and then some. Five Stars all day long.

After having the same rental for 5 years we needed to rent another place due to former owners selling the house. A bit nervous but we were VERY HAPPY with new rental. This house had everything we needed for cooking … for comfort… lanai super private…. Close too many courses and pools. Communication with owner was excellent and house was super clean. So glad we found this and will be returning soon!

The house is comfortable and cozy, nicely decorated to reflect its Florida location, and it’s situated in a quiet neighborhood very convenient to Buena Vista Blvd and to the rest of The Villages. Don and Lynn were welcoming and good communicators. I highly recommend this home to future visitors!

My husband and I were very happy with this home. It was 3 minutes on golf cart to see my sister. It had everything we needed.

We were well informed by the owner prior to our arrival. Everything he said was exactly in the most helpful notebook that is on the counter. The owner was very quick to respond to any messages we sent him. Very impressive, this was one of the smoothest rentals we have experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lanai is a very tranquil getaway from all the hub bub. The kitchen is well equipped. All you need are your groceries. If it were possible I would give the house and the owners 10 stars! Book it!! You won't regret it!!

Excellent hosts. Place is in a nice location. Clean and quiet. Golf on the championship courses is close and convenient. Booking tee times through host was effortless. Close to town squares for dining and entertainment.

We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Perfect 2BR house, in a nice quiet neighborhood, and convenient to Lake Sumter and Brownwood squares. Don and Lynn were very accommodating, attentive, and reachable. Thanks you guys we had a wonderful time!

This house was great to stay in, I was visiting a relative and enjoyed the house mostly in the evenings. The house and neighborhood was extremely quiet, and the king bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. I meant to ask the owner what brand of sheets and duvet cover is on the bed because I want to purchase the same for my house! The sofa was also very comfortable to relax on and watch tv at the end of the day. I was traveling alone and didn’t need the second bedroom so I can’t attest to that bed, but it looked as wonderful as the bedroom I used. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, dinnerware, mixing bowls, cutting boards, absolutely everything I needed to make myself a meal from groceries I bought at the nearby Publix. The bathrooms were also well-stocked with towels, a few toiletries, hairdryer, etc. Everything was as advertised in the listing and then some. The owner also included a binder with lots of really helpful information, including local maps of the surrounding villages and their shopping/restaurants. I highly recommend this house, and I would absolutely stay here again if I am in the area!
