If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $45/day or $270/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 55 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!br- Guests are welcome to use the grill free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.brbrGood to Knowbr• The dock is great for kayaks and sunsets. Owner does not sleep there or lives there. The owner only keeps her personal belongings inside the master room.brThe swimming pool is very beautiful but is not heated, I doubt that in Tampa you can find a heated pool because is not need it.brThe second bedroom has 2 twin beds with new mattresses, the third bedroom has a queen bed with a dresser, night stand and it’s located on the first floor.brIn the loaf you will find a sofa couch for your convenience.brIn the patio where the pool is you will find a beautiful sitting area with plenty of beautiful patio furniture, there is also a Tv outside in the patio.
