We enjoyed our stay. Loved that the kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. The house was very clean which was very important to us. Pool was so very relaxing with the water fall. The house is absolutely beautiful

Very clean quiet place i will book again

This is a very nice comfortable upscaled home in a not so upscale neighborhood. The warning signs, stating “not responsible if personal items are stolen”, didn’t help. We felt a bit uneasy worrying our car would get stolen. Beautiful pool.

Nice house. Small pool. You have to pay 100 dollars per day for pool heater to be turned on.

Beautiful home! We would stay again! Location was key factor and this house was perfect! 25 minutes from Tampa Airport but with the comforts of a nice, quiet neighborhood! PLENTY of room for myself and 4 adult children! I booked what I think was last minute and Sandy was so accomodating; excellent communication & so kind to let us check in early! The home is cozy & has everything you need! Outside area was spacious and very entertaining with large TV and sitting areas! We loved the artwork throughout the home, Mr. Vazquez is so talented! My daughter said this house was her favorite during our stay in FL because the furniture and decorating made it feel so cozy just like being at home! Book Sandy's Paradise, you will not be disappointed!

The host was very accommodating . There were a few things that were broken and we left a note for the host letting them know, The home was very spacious and clean. Having the large sectional was a definite plus.

Our family had a great time hanging out in the house. Plenty of room for us to eat, plays cards and hang by the pool. Managers were very responsive with questions we had and also helpful with suggestions for visiting the city. We would stay here again.

This house has everything you need, and was very spacious. The outdoor pool was so nice, and plenty sitting area. I will be booking again soon!

When I say pictures do not do this place justice. It was so beautiful, perfect for a small bachelorette party (7 of us). It was so so clean, things were easy to find, we got there a little early and they let us in right away. The host is one of the sweetest people I ever spoke to. If I could give more stars I would. There are pots and pans there, SOOOOOOOO many towels it was perfect for the amount of people we had.

The house had enough rooms to accommodate each of us especially the adults! The kitchen had all of the utensils we needed, and there were lots of towels and closet space. We all enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared very safe.

The property is perfect place for large families. The pool was a big hit with the grandchildren. The property is located in a great spot to go many places Beaches, Busch Gardens, Zoo and Aquariums. The host is quick to respond to any questions too.

Next time we visit, we will be booking again.

Amazing property. Spacious, clean, really felt like home. Mr Yuly is the best host ive ever had on VRBO. If you have a party of 10 to 15, i highly recommend this property. The tvs in the master bathroom and pool deck were added bonuses

Excellent house for our work trip during the Final Four. There was private space for everyone with plenty of beds and restrooms. Great central area for group to hang out. Outside area was perfect for watching a game while hanging out in the pool. House was well stocked with plenty of towels, beach chairs and anything you might need.Great Trip!

Lovely spacious house and private outdoor area that perfectly accommodated our Canadian women's hockey team participating in the USA Adult Nationals (helped us go undefeated winning our division!). The kitchen is nicely appointed with new appliances and everything we needed for home cooking. Ample parking space for 4 vehicles. Yuly and Sandy were very quick to respond to our questions and thoughtful of our experience.

Third long term stay. Would rent for whole year if I could. Wonderful and friendly owners. Yuly and Marie are the best. This year’s improvements just make better, best! HS

The home was large enough to accomodate 8 men. The outdoor area was great for hanging out.

A place where our family made us feel very homey and comfortable. Worked out well with our big family visiting and gathering from out of state. Very accessible to our wedding venue, spacious, clean and loved the 4 bathrooms. It sufficed our needs away from home. Problem with bathroom plumbing was immediately resolved. We appreciate the hospitality.

3 families fit conveniently in the house. The house had all described amenities and even more! Ongoing communication and responses were immediate and fully addressed. Our kids loved the swimming pool, kitchen was full of appliances and kitchenware. A lot of space, even bigger from than what we got from the pictures on the website! The outdoor area was great, with a lot of chairs and tables and BBQ. We highly recommend this property for vacation rentals.

Family stayed at the home for our daughter's USF graduation. Plenty of bedrooms, outdoor space, and seating to accomodate all comfortably! They also had a beautiful large table, where our family could sit and eat / play cards together. Kitchen, bathrooms, and toiletries were well stocked. And host was very responsible to any questions we had. Thanks! Would definitely stay here again!
