Minutes to Beach/Downtown Stuart with Pool & Hot Tub

Love this house!! Pelican Place is the vacation spot I adore! This was the 3rd time I have rented here in 4 yrs, (always for 30 days) and right from the first visit, when I walk in the door it feels like coming home. It is a warm, comfortable and inviting home with everything you could want or need, for 1 person or 5. The split floor plan allows everyone their own space, and the master suite is exceptional. The pool, lanai, and little table in the courtyard are well used and loved by us, affording plenty of room for people inside or out....but the pool is the favorite spot - private, lush - always feels like it is my own little secret garden:) You can't beat the location - close to all the places we love to go (Old Stuart, Hutchinson, Jensen Beach etc.). And the neighborhood is a wonderful, peaceful, hidden gem, perfect for walking or biking around, in the mornings or evenings. Pelican Place is definitely where you want to stay, and Nicole is absolutely the best host....can't wait to return next year!!!! Lee Ann W.

We had the most wonderful stay at this VRBO in Stuart, Florida. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—close to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. The layout was ideal for gathering with family, and every detail made us feel right at home.What truly made this stay unforgettable were the special New Year’s Eve decorations thoughtfully set up for our son’s wedding. The festive touches added such a meaningful, joyful atmosphere and made an already special occasion even more magical. It was clear the hosts went above and beyond to help us celebrate such an important milestone.This property was the perfect backdrop for an incredible family memory, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, welcoming place to stay in Stuart—we would absolutely return!

The house is great. It has everything you'd want. Lots of room, a pool and hot tub, and a lanai where you can relax outdoors. The house is superbly located with easy access to downtown Stuart, businesses and restaurants along Highway 1 and Dixie Highway and within easy driving distance of Hutchinson Island and Jensen Beach. This is our second time staying here and we love it. We'll be back again.

The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was clear that the owners thought of every detail to ensure a comfortable stay. This is the second time we have rented Pelican Place (2023 and 2025), and both experiences were first class! Each time we have enjoyed the house for over a month and it was perfect. We love the quiet, safe, and friendly neighborhood. It is great for morning or evening walks, and is in a very centralized location - close to Old Stuart, Jensen Beach, Hutchinson Island, etc. The house is perfectly appointed, easy to maintain and to host friends or family. It's very comfortable for our family of four, with plenty of space for relaxing, including a spacious family room and screened porch to enjoy those warm Florida evenings. The pool and outdoor areas are great too, and the hot tub is a welcome bonus. Nicole is a wonderful host, and we hope to keep coming back each winter to enjoy this incredibly special place!

We were looking for a serene spot to savor the holiday week with our family… and so happy that we found Pelican Place. The home was immaculate and equipped with everything (and more) that we needed. Our Vrbo host couldn’t have been kinder, more responsive and enthusiastic to help make our trip fun and memorable. We loved having the pool and hot tub and also the closeness to the Stuart and Hutchinson Island beaches. Nicole gave us a bunch of great local resources for everything from chartering a boat to the best waterfront coffee shop. Thank you Nicole for all of your suggestions and answers to our many questions before we arrived and during our stay.

Pelican Place exceeded out expectations. It looks adorable on the listing, but it is even better in person. The house was immaculate, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the tropical garden pool area is gorgeous. The host was amazing and has thought of everything you could need while staying here. The location is perfect and is only minutes away from shops, restaurants, and the beach. It is close enough to everything to bike there if you choose. We loved walking through the neighborhood everyday.

We came to the area for a baseball tournament and stayed at this wonderful tropical paradise of a home! Can't say enough positive about this place. The home is spacious, super clean, beautifully decorated and so relaxing after a hot day at the baseball fields...we did not want to leave! The owner (Nicole) was super helpful and responsive and made sure our stay was perfect! Stuart is a charming little town and we enjoyed the food, sights, and shops. Still more to explore so we will plan another time to return and will stay again.
