Stayed Jun 27, 2024From my first contact to check out, I was blown away by my experience with this rental! Absolutely everything exceeded my expectations in all the best ways. I genuinely cannot say enough good things about this rental. The property manager went above and beyond to help us find just the right property for our trip and then provided white glove customer service throughout our stay. The houses are stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need during your stay (and then some!). There was not one single thing we needed that wasn't provided. Seriously, we made it a contest amongst our large family group to see who could come up with something they didn't provide. No one won the competition, because we couldn't come up with even one single thing they didn't have. The properties have stunning views of both the ocean and the river. We enjoyed sunrises over the beach from the back porch, and sunsets over the river from the front porches. The water in this area of Florida is clear and the ocean is full of beautiful shades of blue and teal. The houses are in a perfect location. Quiet, uncrowded beaches coupled with close proximity to local attractions and shopping. We will most certainly be back, whether at these houses or one of their many others. Thank you for providing a venue that made our trip an unforgettable one!!

Stayed Dec 26, 2023The property was beautiful! Right between the ocean and lake! Lots of seashells. My main problem was too many steps, I’m old and have COPD. Wish there was an elevator. I only went into the one house where I stayed. The place was so well stocked, I couldn’t believe it! There was everything you could want. I’ve never rented a place with everything you need, I would certainly rent it again, everyone loved it! Thank you very much!!!

Stayed Mar 24, 2022Where do I even begin? We travel often and have had many rental homes. These homes and our host, Al was by far the most fabulous experience we’ve ever had. They are not kidding when they say they’ve thought of everything. There were so many small touches everywhere which made our stay so special. When we arrived. All the tvs in the homes had music playing, fridges has bottles of waters stocked, white board on fridge welcomed our families, even the bathrooms all had travel bags with deodorant, shampoos, body wash, razors, toothbrushes, toothpaste, just everything you could need. We brought our 3 small dogs and even the homes had 3 dog beds laid out with food and water bowls set out for them. It was so thoughtful and welcoming! We had a total of 4 families on this trip and every single one of them, including our teenage children were all so blown away by the hospitality and little add-ons this host provided. I’ve never been so impressed before and believe me we’ve stayed in some top notch places but even those did not compare! The properties itself are just incredible. The location, having the bay on one side and the beach on the other was really amazing. We spent our days switching back and forth depending on how much sun or breeze we wanted. We brought our jet skis and could easily beach them on the bay side. The paddle boards and kayaks provided, the fishing equipment and cart….. we used everything. This trip was a special trip because it was my son and his close friends senior spring break. Our families are all very close and our boys were heading college in the fall. So this was our last big trip of us all together for a while. The accommodations, the location and the host made this trip the best trip the kids and our families have all done together. Al is the kind of host that every host should strive to be. We will absolutely be returning in fact we’re currently looking at Al’s properties for a Christmas break trip with the same families we traveled with before. As everyone keeps asking when we can go back! Another note. The wrap around decks in these homes made it super neat for everyone to find little places for relaxing. Often the older kids would sit out on the bay side, while the adults would sit in the hot tub or lay in the hammock. Just something for everyone. They also provided passes for us to visit the Marriot club. this was really nice for them to have this for their guests. We did that for a day and everyone enjoyed it.

Stayed Apr 1, 2022Our trip was absolutely amazing. The views, the weather, the houses. They supplied so many items, so much more than a normal VRBO. The best rental we have ever used so far. The space was great ans plenty of space to spread out with our large group I would definitely recommend!!!

Stayed Nov 21, 2021We had an excellent experience at Carpe Diem and Heaven Can Wait. All went well. Everything was clean and in working order (except the garbage disposal). We had a terrific dinner catered by Lesley Valerius whom we heartily recommend. We also had a catered TH meal. In each case the facilities were more than adequate for 26 of us. Many thanks to all.

Stayed Sep 8, 2021My family stayed at Twice As Nice for a celebration of my mom’s passing. It was perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The description of the houses was right on. You truly just need to bring your clothes. Tents, chairs, there are even metal detectors. Unfortunately we didn’t find any buried treasures. You have access to the Marriott resort so some played golf. Again I can’t say enough good things about these houses. A big shout out to Al, the property manager, and his team.

Stayed May 29, 2021Houses exactly as described. When they say pack light, they mean pack light. Everything you need is there! Views of both the sunrise and the sunset...perfection!! Plenty of room for large groups. Highly recommend!
