Nervous about alligators Don't be! They don't exist in this part of Florida. (Gators can't survive near the beach in saltwater environments; they live only inland, where there is fresh water.)

The river is considered among the most biologically rich & environmentally sensitive estuary in North America. Our owners avidly support local environmental groups, contributing millions in recent decades.

Help preserve our area:

* Don't approach dolphins, sea turtles & manatees (often seen near the end of the dock). These are protected species. The offshore marine patrol prosecutes aggressively.
* Please clean up after a successful day fishing. Discard all hooks, line & litter.
