Stayed Nov 23, 2025houses clean as a whistle !!! More than adequate paper supplies. Toys, games, outside equipment etc etc etc were extensive and most welcome.

Stayed Apr 2, 2025Everything about Beach Houses in Paradise was top notch. When they say they include “everything “ except food, they aren’t kidding. So many activities— we didn’t have time to do everything in the 8 days we stayed! No one was bored.We rented the 3 houses, which were plenty spacious for 23 people to stay. We gathered for dinner at Carpe Diem.Checkin was easy; checkout was even easier (no list of things to do.) Al was a great communicator, responding quickly to any questions we had.You should not hesitate to book — it’s wonderful!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Don't think about it - just book it. Best ever. Communication with Al was perfect all the way through the rental. The places were perfect for our corporate retreat. There's only one negative: we had to leave. So many great memories to carry us through the long winter ahead - thanks Al. You were the perfect host.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969My wife and I rented these three properties together for our small beach wedding of about 30 guests. We had never stayed here before so didn’t really know what to expect. Upon arrival we were extremely impressed with all of the amenities that every house had to offer. We drove from Michigan because we wanted to be prepared for our week long stay but it wasn’t necessary, we ended up leaving half of the stuff we had brought in the car. This place has everything you will ever need and then some for any group of people. Beach toys, life jackets, snorkels, coolers, games, the list would be absolutely endless but everything you need inside and out. All of our guest had an incredible time and I would recommend these houses to anyone.... thank you so much for everything this was possibly the best trip of my life!!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The houses and the beach were the perfect setting for our October Wedding Weekend! We held all of our wedding events at the properties. Carpe Diem is the largest of the homes and was ideal for the caters to serve breakfast, lunch, and brunch for our 45 guests. All of our guests loved staying at the homes, definitely better than any hotel! Since the beach is very private we were able to have a Clambake, the Wedding Ceremony, and the Reception right on the beach! We can't wait to return. Many of our guests are planning to have their own family celebrations there as well. The property manager Al is very accommodating. Our stay could not have been any better! We will never forget the wonderful memories of our wedding at the Ocean-to-River Beach House Resort!

Stayed Jun 3, 2018I honestly don't know what to say, because the words could not possibly capture how impressive these houses are and how dedicated the property team was to our stay. We had a large group (40+ people) for our wedding week and rented the three side-by-side properties and then an additional property next door (named Carpe Diem, rented through the same company). We had high expectations because of the great reviews. The properties somehow exceeded our expectations. Al (manager of the rental company) was always available and extremely responsive throughout our stay. We had a couple small, inevitable issues along the way and they were always there within an hour to fix things. Our wedding ceremony was held at a different venue, but the houses were excellent for the rehearsal dinner and the brunch the next day. Huge TVs, hot tubs, paddle boards, all the beach gear you could ever imagine, Sonos, welcome packages, fire pits, everything. Seriously, I have no idea how to write this without making it sound like I was paid to do so. It was perfect in every way, and all of our guests were thrilled with their stay. I just hope we get the chance to stay there again!

Stayed Oct 14, 2016We rented all three homes for a corporate retreat and it was an amazing experience. Homes are beautiful, clean and well stocked with essentials. There are lots of activities that are available including paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, and hanging out on the beach... all without having to bring our own equipment because it's all available. The sunrise over the ocean in the morning and sunset over the inter-coastal in the evening made it a really special and successful corporate retreat and we thank Al for his hard work and attention to detail. We will certainly be back!
