Luxury Getaway, Heated Pool, Weeki Wachee Mermaids City

This is a very clean space and super updated and nice. The pool and games were great to have around in case we didn’t want to go and do anything for the day but hang out around the house. Nice upscale appliances that worked well and beautiful tile work in the bathrooms. I gave four stars because we were told there was a “very trusted, long term tenant” living in the garage and that he garage apartment had no access to the house and I took their word for that and we didn’t mind. On the fifth or sixth night of our stay, someone began pounding on our door at almost midnight because they had rented the garage apartment and locked themselves out of their place. They thought that we owned the house so they were trying to find help in getting g inside. Me and my husband were able to get them in after being woken up at nearly midnight. The tenant was very nice but this was the third vehicle we had seen since staying there and she told us she rented on another site and had just arrived that day. When I brought this up to the owner, they had nothing to say about this incident. I just think honesty is the best policy. I don’t know that everyone would be okay with just anyone renting out this area randomly after being told it was a very long term trusted tenant. The person was very nice and we did not have issues with any of the three different people on our stay but I feel it’s important to note that it’s not a long term tenant and I would not have rented had I known that.

We loved everything. Pool was great. We played all the games. House is beautiful.

The place was lovely. The back Lani was very nice. Great pool and the gaming table was a nice addition. Host was very helpful and made us feel welcome.

Host responded to my questions immediately. The house is gorgeous! We were in town for a wedding so we spent all of our free time at the house swimming, and playing games. Host did tell us about the garage tenant ahead of time, we never heard anything from the garage. We felt very safe at this location. Would definitely book again if we come back to Spring Hill

House was very nice but someone was staying on property/living in garage. Was told the whole house available for rent but this person was there overnight when we were told they wouldn't be.

The neighborhood was very nice and we enjoyed the pool.

We had the most amazing time at Dailyn's place!!! She allow me early check in wich was amazing, The home is very beautiful and super clean. We had plenty of space for our family . The house had many upgrades and amenities. We especially loved the back patio space! The entire patio is screened in which means no bug bites while spending time outside. The pool was so much fun and heated! There was a couch, pool table, and tv to enjoy while hanging outside. During the day, we went kayaking and swimming at the local springs only 15 minutes away. But our favorite was coming back to this beautiful space. We just loved everything about this home! I highly recommend and we will definitely come back here again soon.

This was a very beautiful place with the floors and the showers was very clean. The outdoor pool was excellent. My family and I enjoyed this vacation immensely. The host was very prompt to answer all our questions if we had any. We had already rented us a place for a week when we found this place and we couldn’t get it for the week that we had our vacation so we only stayed two days which was great.
