The main living room has a huge 55 inch LCD television that has cable with a blu-ray player and X-BOX The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with Florida charm. It has French door which lead outside to your private oasis. Enjoy a private breakfast or nightcap with your loved one. The master has a comfortable California king bed with an adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is elegantly decorated in a rustic, chic, coastal style. Relish in the beauty and comfort of this room, as you enjoy your night sleep in this cozy queen bed. The third bedroom is pleasantly decorated with a Key West flair. This bedroom has two twin beds and is perfect for a good nights rest. The guest bathroom is directly adjacent to the queen and twin bedrooms. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is an additional room adjacent to the formal dining room that has a queen sleeper sofa that can easily accommodate two adults. This room can easily be used as a work space since It has a desk that is perfect to do computer work. The main living room also has a full size sofa bed that can accommodate 2 adults. The main living room is a perfect gathering place for families. It has large comfy sofas to help you relax after a long day at the beach or sightseeing. Beautifully appointed in coastal sea-life, the living room brings the essence of Florida in your home. A fully equipped kitchen overlooks the spacious backyard. The kitchen is perfect for making meals for any size family and is filled with all the necessities to make simple to intricate meals. The dining room seats 6, although there is plenty of space to seat additional people. In Florida, we are blessed with beautiful weather throughout the year and therefore everyday is perfect for a cook out. Enjoy the grill outside with incredible views of old Florida. While grilling enjoy bird watching or just enjoy a drink near the waters edge while waiting for burgers and steaks to get cooked. Entertaining a few guest while grilling is a cinch. The large patio has a seating area that surrounds a fire pit. Enjoy smores or roast marshmallows while dinner is getting ready. Enjoy dinner outdoors. Follow the rock lined trail over the wooden bridge to your personal picnic table overlooking the waterfront and enjoying the wild life of Florida. br Tennis raquets, frizbees, a paddle boat, bicycles, fishing poles and beach chairs are placed in the garage and are there to be used for your enjoyment. A washer and dryer is located on premises for your use and the home is equip with televisions in every room. Basic cable and wireless internet is included in your rental. br Our home is centrally located and is minutes away from beaches, tennis courts, communal pool, golfing, spas, restaurants, shopping and bars. Although Sebastian is a small, quiet town, it has a lot to offer anyone from the young to the young at heart.

The pool provides the perfect respite from the summer heat. Even those who don’t enjoy reading appreciate the tranquility of the library. The backyard is fenced, so it provides privacy for intimate gatherings, in addition to offering a level of safety for your pets. The home is located within walking distance to the Indian River where you’ll find bars, restaurants, and occasional festivals at our local park. There’s a boat ramp nearby, but if you’re not bringing your own vessel, there are plenty of tours available (fishing/sightseeing/air boat excursions). Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, kick ass Bluetooth speaker…these are just a few of the perks.
