☆☀︎❀Florida Getaway! New Pool Heater, Fenced Yard, Close to River and Beaches!

The house was excellent. Very spacious for just the two of us, but thats what we like! The pool was wonderful! Nice that it was heated because the temps got close to record lows when we were there. Really had no problems so communication wasnt needed much, but our host was spot on whenever needed! You can't go wrong with this house, or the hosts!!! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Everything ( including our host) was really great and appreciated! Clean & comfortable! There was a cool snap while we were there, & the pool was not heated as advertised. So that was a bummer, but everything else was great!!! Loved the fenced in yard for our dogs!!!!!

The house was amazing and had everything you could need to make you feel at home! The neighborhood was clean and quiet. The photos really dont do this place justice. The backyard is like a little oasis. I cant wait to book here agian!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting my son and his family in Sebastian. The kids - ages 18 months, 5 and 7 had a blast in the pool and there was plenty of room for them to have a sleepover with Grandma! Kitchen was well stocked for all meals and the house was clean and organized with plenty of towels!

Excellent communication. Easy use. Comfortable. Wish there was more back yard shade but totally understand why there isn't any. Love that there were 2 king beds!Easy access to beaches and Sebastian.

It’s what we were looking for at the time .Fenced yard and pool to keep the kiddos safe and a clean & comfortable accommodation. A little more expensive than similar properties in the vicinity, but for us it was available last minute. Owners are a group/ company with many properties . So, that says it all.

Wonderful getaway!! My family & I drove 1,000 miles to visit our Florida cousins & aunts & it couldn’t have been more perfect! The house easily accommodated the younger visiting cousins along with my crew…spacious. Peaceful neighborhood & great location. The pool was a huge hit with all the kids! Well equipped kitchen we put to good use. Highly recommend!!

The property was nice, it was a great stay. The only issues I had was the right side of the fence is not a privacy fence and people were working next door. Also, the home needs non-stick cookware. Other than that it was a fantastic stay.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and this house fit the bill. Clean, roomy, perfect for our family of four.Pool was excellent; clean, refreshing and needed after a full day of baseball.

This very well appointed home was perfectly located for every activity we wanted to do. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and wonderful to walk in each morning. The yard was comfortable and cozy and the heated pool was such a nice touch during the winter. We entertained a few overnight guests who had their own space opposite the master quarters, so everyone had privacy and the guest bathroom was well separated from ours. Plenty of room for everyone! Eddie was always responsive, so accommodating and friendly, and there was never anything we needed that he did not immediately supply. We would absolutely rent again if this property is available next winter. A perfect long-term solution for snowbirds.Thanks, Eddie!

5 star accommodations! Excellent communication with Eddie the property manager. Very clean, close to shopping, restaurants. Nice town. House has everything you need . Pool was very nice, and warm. Pool heater works great!

The house was real comfortable and the pool great nice and warm. lots of amenities. Had friends over and they were impressed with the place.

This is a beautiful, clean and inviting property. You will find everything you need and more. It is very clean, extremely clean. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very quiet neighborhood and the Host - Eddie Nero is fantastic. Extremely responsive and will guide you with anything you need throughout your stay. He is a Super, Super host.

Very comfortable, relaxing clean upgraded home. Enjoyed everything and the property manager is very communicative and friendly. The pool and backyard are beautiful as well to enjoy. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

Rented for family to stay in for a reunion, I live in Sebastian so it was within walking distance of my home. My family really enjoyed the home and we would rent in again for future visits.

The house is perfect for families or a group of friends! Very well stocked with everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool is a nice addition as well. For our next stay in Sebastian we will definitely book this house again!

Overall very nice place! House was clean and everything inside was very easy to locate. Instructions very easy to follow and neighborhood was great!

We truly enjoyed our week here. The house was clean and was just the right size for our family vacation to visit other family. We had plenty of room to visit and we enjoyed the pool and the idea that we didn’t have to drive to the beach to enjoy the nice sunny days.
