Stayed Jul 11, 2025The house was very well kept, clean dishes and fridge, bunch of spices for cooking. The pool was awesome even at night time with the pool light. It's close by to a bunch of great restaurants along with the river. It's just a great spot. Most importantly the owner Craig was outstanding. He answered quickly with any questions or concerns which we had quite a few at first. Nevertheless if we come back to sebastian i'm going right back to Craig.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Enjoyed our stay. Our dog loved the fenced back yard with plenty of shade. Heated pool was greatly appreciated. Would stay here again. Quiet neighbors.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Property was clean. Pots, pans and utensils were all fairly new. Newer appliances. Great private pool with 6ft. fence. Patio and screened in porch. Quiet neighborhood. Not too far from grocery stores and many restaurants. Only complaint we had were the soft mattresses.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025The location, privacy, fenced in yard, open floor plan, lanai and pool was everything we were looking for. The neighborhood might not look the best, but we were always in the backyard.Recommended!

Stayed Jan 6, 2023This home is just as pictured and described. It is a side by side duplex type arrangement with a cute pool area. Home was clean and uncluttered. New kitchen, appliances, baths. Great yard for our dog and dog park very near. Nice people to deal with, had a great winter here. Town is quiet with many good restaurants. Would stay again.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022We really enjoyed our stay in Sebastian for 4 nights. We cooked in the kitchen and used the grill every night. The home has everything you need. Really enjoyed the pool, very refreshing after a deep sea fishing trip and golfing! Quiet neighborhood and right down the street from the dog park.

Stayed May 11, 2022The property is cute but not private as so mentioned . The private yard includes a viewing window from the on site neighbor . Most days include early wake up calls from unscheduled maintenance visits , and cable tv only works in the living room . Cute decor but more so an apartment than a private home .
