After your Reservation Request is accepted your dates will be secure, and you will receive a call closer to your arrival date. The person that pays for the reservation is also required to sign and return a Reservation Confirmation form that will be emailed after we speak to that person over the telephone closer to the arrival date. brbrA damage deposit is not charged in advance, and it is not required to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that would cost extra, however, it is required that a valid MasterCard or Visa card be held at the Beaches of South Walton Vacations rental management office to have for any damage should it occur during your stay at the property. This is required even if you choose to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that is offered to you from the Vrbo advertising site. The actual physical card is not needed. brbrFull payment is required when booking through the Vrbo advertising site. You can elect to buy travel insurance. That beach access does not have public parking. You can only walk to that access. The beach access across from Pelayo Avenue does not have restrooms, and a beach vendor is not licensed to set up chairs and umbrellas at that access. You can usually only bring your own chairs and umbrellas to the access across from Pelayo Avenue. The beach vendor can usually set up chairs and umbrellas at the Santa Clara public beach access. The Santa Clara beach access is about a 15 minute walk, so if you went to that access, you would probably want to drive. The Santa Clara beach access has public parking and restrooms and is probably only about a 5-minute drive at the most. brbrThe name of this home is Catch the Wave. This home is only about a short 5-minute walk to the beach and only a 1 to 2 minute walk to the community pool. brbrThe home is perfect for a family vacation with two large master suites on second floor, a bedroom on first floor, and a bedroom with a connecting lounge/TV room on third floor. There is plenty of space for family gatherings inside or on the balconies and patio area. This is a safe, wide, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Ave is a dead end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking; about 10 spaces. Santa Clara beach access is about 500 feet east of San Juan; it has about 30 parking spaces in beach side parking lot and about 30 more on north side of 30A; also has bathrooms. Just under a mile or 10 minute bike to public beach access using the Naturewalk Lily Lane beach trail. Or, you may drive out of Naturewalk, turn left (south) on 395 and go to 30A. At 395/30A intersection, Seaside is half mile to the right (west) and above mentioned public beach access places are about half mile to the left (east). If you want to rent additional beach gear, we recommend calling a local company. You can have beach gear delivered to your home or for an additional cost have chairs, umbrella set up at the beach for you. Trail is located across from the ‘Gathering Place’ or pools. This is a safe, compacted trail that leads to San Juan Ave. San Juan Ave is a dead end street with a sidewalk that leads south to 30A. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking; about 10 spaces. Santa Clara beach access is about 500 feet east of San Juan and has a parking lot with approximately 30 spaces and 30 more on north side of 30A; it also has bathrooms. Or, you may drive out of Naturewalk, turn left (south) on 395 and go to 30A. At 395/30A intersection, Seaside is half mile to the right (west) and above mentioned public beach access places are about half mile to the left (east). If you want to rent additional beach gear, we recommend calling a local company. You can have beach gear delivered to your home or for an additional cost have chairs, umbrella set up at the beach for you.
