After your Reservation Request is accepted your dates will be secure, and you will receive a call closer to your arrival date. The person that pays for the reservation is also required to sign and return a Reservation Confirmation form that will be emailed after we speak to that person over the telephone closer to the arrival date. brbrA damage deposit is not charged in advance, and it is not required to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that would cost extra, however, it is required that a valid MasterCard or Visa card be held at the Beaches of South Walton Vacations rental management office to have for any damage should it occur during your stay at the property. This is required even if you choose to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that is offered to you from the Vrbo advertising site. South San Juan beach access is directly across 30A, has limited parking; about 10 spaces. Santa Clara beach access is about 500 feet east of San Juan and has a parking lot with approximately 30 spaces and 30 more on north side of 30A; it also has bathrooms. Or, you may drive out of Naturewalk, turn left (south) on 395 and go to 30A. At 395/30A intersection, Seaside is half mile to the right (west) and above mentioned public beach access places are about half mile to the left (east). If you want to rent additional beach gear, we recommend calling a local company. You can have beach gear delivered to your home or for an additional cost have chairs, umbrella set up at the beach for you.
