While each guest receives a parking pass, we sometimes have non-guests use our parking lot. Cars that don't have the parking pass clearly visible may get towed at the owner's expense. Sorry for the inconvenience, but not having a parking space is more inconvenient ;) There are fences that restrict beach access to guests only.
