Seamist #6-Oceanfront-Wonderful View!

Over all the property was ok. You can hear the hard walking and moving of furniture from parties staying on the upper floors.

Perfect location on 30A right on beach. Great hosts!

We stayed here for my little sister’s senior trip & had a great time! The location is the primary selling point of this condo. It’s the perfect spot on 30A— you’re close to Rosemary & Alys Beach, as well as Seaside, but you don’t feel crowded at this condo. It’s a private beach all around you, which is a huge plus. The condo was accurately portrayed in photos & the description. It is a little dated & not the most luxurious place to stay, but it was clean & had the necessaries, with a great view & comfortable bed. We could’ve used some more towels.. bathroom rugs, blankets, & another mirror would’ve been great. Plenty of kitchenware. Overall we enjoyed our stay & were grateful to find this spot!

I went with my wife and teenage son for a week of relaxation and Seamist delivered!! Sitting on balcony watching the dolphins swim past, sitting on the perfect beach and watching the amazing sunsets. What a week. Hosts were incredible as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your piece of paradise

This condo was a great stay for our long weekend sister trip. The condo unit and entire property was extremely clean and nice. The ocean view from the large porch was beautiful, and the porch had very nice, clean furniture. The stretch of beach in front of this condo is perfect- uncrowded, wide, clean. There’s a nice sitting area on the stairs heading down to the beach where we enjoyed sitting to visit before heading to dinner if we didn’t want to get sandy but wanted to enjoy the beach. There is a very nice, smooth paved trail in front of the condo that takes you right into Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside; it was great for bikes, strollers, running, and walking. Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Seaside were maybe 5-10 minute drives from the condo, and we really enjoyed these areas for coffee, restaurants, and shops. The condo itself had everything we needed in the kitchen and was very clean and comfortable. The owners were wonderful communicators via the VRBO app and text. Highly recommend this condo!

Lovely unit!

We enjoy staying in the Seacrest Beach area, especially if it’s right on the beach. With only 12 condos, there’s plenty of private beachfront. And if you can’t take a whole day of sun and water, the porch is a perfect setting to eat at the high top table or relax and read on the double loinge chair with its beautiful view and wave sounds!

The condo was very clean, with everything we needed. Very pretty decor, and loved the lounge chair on the balcony-perfect for a cloudy, rainy day. Communication with the owners was great, we always had the information we needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Great stay.

We are return visitors and had just as good a time as we always do. The communication from the hosts is outstanding and the property is clean. The location on the beach is perfect and everything went as smoothly as we could have hoped for.

Great location and clean. WiFi was spotty the first couple days but was consistent remainder of time. Neighbors above us and to our west in unit 7 smoked on their patios. Although indirectly related to our unit it directly impacted us while occupying the patio as we are non-smokers. Luckily the groups that smoked were only overlapped our stay for two nights.

Love 30A. The condo was clean and everything was as described in ad.

We dropped our youngest child off at college and decided to spend our first week as empty nesters at the beach. The view from this unit is amazing. We loved the balcony and the ease of getting to the beach. Wonderful trip!

We love staying at the Seamist Condos. You can't beat the proximity to the beach or the location. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed this condo very much! The communication with the host was excellent. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was very convenient. The recommended beach service was great! We love 30A and will definitely check here first for our next vacation there.
