This place was awesome! The proximity to the beach, shops & restaurants was great! Being able to ride the bikes to everything was also a nice bonus. A couple maintenance notes: the water drains slowly & the fan controls didnt work properly.

Enjoyed having coffee on the deck and cocktails under the moon and stars. Views were phenomenal. Yes, lots of steps, but we loved the location.

We stayed 3 nights to celebrate my birthday. It was our first time to the area and we weren't sure what to expect. The condo was comfortable and not too small. All 6 of us fit well. My kids slept on the pull out couch, the top bunk bed was a little small for my 11 year old. The bathrooms were very nice and luxurious. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and it had everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt very safe. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. Be prepared to climb lots of stairs. This was kind of a plus, it was like getting in a mini work out, going from the beach up to the 3rd level. Our parents had no issues, the stairs are solid, just a lot of them. There are many delicious restaurants and cafe's with in 10 minutes and Publix was nearby too. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to family and friends.

The location is great - Between Seaside, Alys and Rosemary Beaches. The private beach for the condo only is fabulous. Beach is never crowded. Even on a holiday. I was extremely pleased with the price. The condo is exactly as the pictures shows. It would be nice if the patio furniture was bar top height as you could enjoy the view much better. I took one of the bar stools from indoors to the patio and enjoyed the view immensely. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay at this condo. The only problem I had was the downstairs bed and the sofa in the living room are not comfortable at all. After climbing all the steps from the beach and then to the condo - it would have been better to relax if the furniture was more comfortable. The downstairs bed squeaked when you made the slightest move and the mattress was not comfortable at all. The lighting in the downstairs bedroom was not bright at all either. Other than those items, I had no problem with this place.

It was all together a beautiful experience

We knew going in based on other reviews what to expect. That expectation was ton of stairs,a slanted deck, and next to building was a public beach access. We went up and down everyday without issue, we spent a ton of time on the sloped deck, beach service attendant helped manage the beach area keeping kids and tents off to the side. The unit had great ceiling fans, beds were great, shower/water pressure was perfect, washer/dryer were brand new. We enjoyed our stay!

Had some check in issues with the door code not working and then when I went to get beach service I was told this unit did not have it (stated it clearly on listing. The office got the code working and even after calling and being told this unit didn’t have beach service, they attendant took care of the customer. The major issue I had was with the balcony!!! The slant is so bad I was afraid to walk and sit on it. The biggest part of the beach for me is being able to sit out in the mornings and at night on the balcony. This year I could not. The view was great from the doorway though. This really was a downer. The condo is nice though and set up well. The spiral staircase to the master loft is a bit tight but the master was great. Especially the bathroom. Fix the balcony and you will have a top spot!

Plenty of room for our family of 3. Loved the oceanfront, balcony views. Loved the location and private beach area.
