A short 2 block walk to, quaint Shell Beach for fun on the white sand, wading, fishing , and viewing sunsets over the Gulf of America from this island retreat. County has not done the repairs. Only 2 miles to the Villages offering day or night hot spots for shopping, eating, and live music. Additionally, Beach access to the north end of the famous Siesta Key Beach that has spectacular white quartz sand running for more than three miles to the south. brAs you enter the front door, you are welcomed to the living room by a soft blue leather couch, 50 4K Smart TV with 5.1 sound system, further in, a 6 person dining area, a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the basic accessories you expect. With ocean accent decorating throughout, the first of the bedrooms with bath is just off the kitchen area. Upstairs you will find additional bathroom that two bedrooms share.
