Stayed Mar 29, 2017This house was perfect for our stay for a wedding on Siesta Key. It was close enough to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms were big and spacious and the floor plan was mostly nice and open. There was a beautiful seating area off the living room that did have air conditioning vents, but I'm not sure the air was on out there. It was still lovely though. The backyard was nice and private, too. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lot of closet space! You could stay in this house for a weekend or a month or six months and feel comfortable doing so! Our hosts were great, and even shipped us back some stuff we had inadvertently left there! All in all I'd give this property a perfect rating!

Stayed Mar 17, 2017This location was central to all of our activities for the wedding we were in town for. Great open floor plan with large bedrooms. Quick walk to a great restaurant for breakfast. WiFi kept me connected and satellite tv kept us caught up with March Madness when we had time. The 4 nights we spent here were far better than any hotel room. I would recommend this as place to stay to anyone.

Stayed Mar 2, 2017Three of us stayed in this house for a week in March to vacation and visit family. The house is in a nice neighborhood and we could walk to shops and a mall. We drove to Siesta and Lido Keys as well as other beaches and two different spring training games and the location was perfect. The interior was roomy, comfortable and clean was but was somewhat dated. The floor plan is open and all the rooms are a good size. The second bath is a little awkward and is on the other side of the house from the bedrooms but it was very nice to have and met our needs. The kitchen and laundry had all the supplies we needed. There were also plenty of linens and beach equipment. The large lanai was an especially nice place to sit in the mornings and watch the birds in the private backyard. The owner always responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely rent this house again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location was satisfactory - easy to get to Siesta Key Beach, and main streets to most attractions, grocery stores and restaurants. The house itself was less than satisfactory although Jerry was quick to replace the rusted out grill. All of the windows are extremely dirty. The back yard was fenced in, nice for safety of our pet, but the backyard is unkempt and unpleasant. The paver brick patio had large weeds growing under the outdoor table (killed with boiling water & pulled by me). Spots of paint all over the narrow cement patio--again looking messy and uninviting. The house itself could be very nice, but it is not. The kitchen had minimal cooking ware and minimal flat ware that was rusty. The kitchen cupboards and drawers have been painted so many times the doors stick or wouldn't stay closed, the drawers stuck and were difficult to open or close. The couch in the family room was stained. On the positive side, the beds and pillows were comfortable. The bedrooms roomy and bright, 2 flat screen tvs, wi-fi, and no visible bugs.
