There are 2 pools, a gulf front pool with spa and a second level terrace pool separating the 2 buildings; grill next to the terrace pool, however this unit is also equip with it's own private gas grill on the back porch. br***update: as of August 2022 the terrace pool is closed for repairs. Likely not up and running until spring 2023. Beach-side pool with spa fully functional. brA fitness/exercise room is located in the east building.
