Stayed Dec 14, 2024Clean, quiet, functional 1st floor condo in the Gulf and Bay Bayside community. The lanai with views of the intercostal waterway was the best part. The community had 2 pools, 1 tennis court (good condition), and 2 pickleball courts as well as private beach access across the road (approximately 1/2-mile walk). Easy check-in and check-out. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed Dec 4, 2024Beautiful condo. Beautiful view. Only negative was coffee make needs to be replaced. It leaked a lot. I would recommend a Keurig. And a Martini shaker would be great!! Also instructions were lacking on getting in and out of unit. Would suggest leaving a print out of all instructions in unit. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have been staying at Gulf & Bay bayside for many years. We won’t go anywhere else. The service, staff and accommodations are always top notch. We like it too because it’s quiet and the neighbors are friendly. See you next year!!!
