You can stroll to a variety of restaurants, boutiques specialty shops, grocery store with prepared foods and nightlife. Guests can enjoy the natural beauty of Siesta on foot, kayak, Rental bikes available in the village. Visitors also enjoy nearby Sarasota for world class marinas, art galleries, theater, and recreational amenities. Also your family’s amusement park or disney trip is only two hours drive. Outside you will enjoy the 30 X 14 pool, spa, and brick terrace sundeck. There is also a mini-castle in the rear for pool stuff- next to the canal, we have a 20 ft dock. We have a gas Blackstone. grill and outdoor shower near the pool. We have a nice varieties of palm trees and tropical landscaping as well as our Mango and Banyan tree near the water.brNOTE: Our home is located in a residential neighborhood with full time residents. We rent to families ONLY and our home is not a party location. We observe strict quiet hours of 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm weekends. Pool hours are the same so there is no swimming allowed after those hours. Any outside noise is prohibited. and will not be tolerated. These rules are strictly enforced and if authorities are notified, guests will be warned once and removed from property as necessary to maintain neighborhood quiet hours. The white sand is never too hot, the water is always crystal clear and plenty of sunshine throughout the year!brbrCrescent Siesta Key is an intimate complex, completed in 2006, of only 26 units located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Two buildings in the complex, our condo (unit 404) is in the beach-side building with 16 units; back porch faces the Terrace pool and east building. There are 2 pools, a gulf front pool with spa and a second level terrace pool separating the 2 buildings; grill next to the terrace pool, however this unit is also equip with it's own private gas grill on the back porch. br***update: as of August 2022 the terrace pool is closed for repairs. Likely not up and running until spring 2023. Beach-side pool with spa fully functional. brA fitness/exercise room is located in the east building. The property is gated, elevators in both buildings, and building and pool areas are secured with code-lock entrances. Two private, covered parking spaces reserved for this unit. Full time on site manager. brbrOur unit is fully stocked with all stainless steal kitchen appliances, linens, iron board/iron, and hair dryers. Unit includes wood flooring, carpeted bedrooms, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 4 TVs, DVD player, washer and dryer, private grill on the balcony and high speed internet access.
