The house is located in a residential area (dead end street), really close to great amenities. You will feel right at home in this relaxing house!brbrThe living room is cozy with its comfortable couches, ottoman, coffee tables, wooden floor, large windows with a direct view and access to the pool and the garden. The white, beige, and blue shades give the room a relaxing atmosphere. You will like how pleasant it feels.brbrA second living room features two taupe couches, a large TV and a coffee table. There are two big windows that bring in the light and an access to the pool.brbrA relaxation room overlooks the living room. Armchairs, coffee table, desk allows you to stand back to work or read.brbrThe dining room is open to the kitchen with a nice table for 8 guests. Sunrise Bay is a 2BR, 1.5 bath, second floor apartment, in a 4-plex apartment property. It faces east and is on the water of Little Sarasota Bay. The apartment has a queen size bed in the master bedroom, and two twin, or single beds in the second bedroom. brbrOur second floor apartment has its own private deck with table and chairs that looks out over the water. The backyard is a paved patio with our own dock for your use. If you have a boat, you can dock your boat for $35.00 per night. You can park your trailer at the Turtle Beach marina. There is a picnic table, chairs, and gas grill on the patio. We also have 1 two-person kayak, 1 one-person kayak, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 cruiser bikes and 1 tandem that is shared use with another apartment.brbrRight behind our apartment is the water of the Little Sarasota Bay. If you like nature, you will like this place. One wouldn't believe the wildlife that is right close, especially numerous jumping fish of several kinds, wading birds, pelicans, ibis, and spoonbill galore. Manatee, too. If you spend anytime at all out back, or have the patio doors open, you'll often see dolphins! They are a daily occurrence right off of our dock, about 50 feet out. Many times you will hear them exhale loudly, and then you will know to look out to the water.brbrThere are also fruit trees on the property. Palm, orange, mango, and fig, and when they are in season, you can help yourself to their fruit and just grab them off the trees!br brIf you like fishing, it's pretty good off of our dock. Skate and catfish are mostly caught. Live shrimp make the best local bait and live shrimp are sold at the bait shop up the road. We have 2 fishing rods for your use. brbrAnd yes, there is a very nice sand beach right near by for you to swim, sun, or beach comb. This would be Siesta Key's 'Turtle Beach' which is across the road and about 300 yards north. Fine dining nearby and a decent grocery store 2.5 miles north so you don't have to leave the Key unless you want to.br brThere are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, skim board and such for your enjoyment. So, no need to lug them with you or take the time and money to buy those items for a short time use. brbrOff street parking is included, coin operated laundry machine, and plenty of heat and air con. The whole apartment, appliances, linens, furniture, etc. are in good condition with professional cleaning between guests. Bring your suntan lotion. Take a walk to Point of Rocks on the south and look for shells or just people watch. The beach attendant will get you a chair or lounge chair and put up an umbrella for you.
