All of our bedrooms have ceiling fans br(and central cool/heating) as well as our lanai area that has two to keep you cool during warm evenings.brbrThe master bedroom has a kingsize with a large wood head board and foot board. Overlooking beautiful crown molding with a stream of led lighting peaking through. The master bath has a beautiful large glass shower with beam of sunshine from the skylight, glass his and her sinks with plenty of cabinetry. There also is a walk-in closet with custom cabinets and shelves including a shoe rack! brbrThe three guest rooms consist of two with queen bed, dresser, mirror and closest space one has a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has two twin sledge beds with a dresser and mirror. brNext to the queen bedroom and the twin bedroom lies the guest bathroom. The shower has a large shower head and sitting tub surround by large tiles with matching flooring with built-in cabinetry. brbrLiving room has two Genuine ITALIAN TOP Grain leather couches that recline, They face a flat screen T.V (included wifi and cable) that is mounted on the wall while overlooking the beautiful wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is open plan with automatic soft close drawers, also included are three bar stool for extra seating. brbrIn dining area there is an elegant glass 8 person seating table place directly in front of a large window overlooking the backyard. In the backyard there is large iron table to have dinner!
