The numerous windows and patio doors let in tons of natural light, and our favorite spot to relax is the large balcony off the upper living area. Some bedrooms also have private balconies, perfect for reading or unwinding. We recently renovated two bathrooms with stunning marble tile, walk-in showers, and modern fixtures. The oversized pool is perfect for laps, and the private, fenced backyard is a bonus. Just a short walk to the beach, we also love taking long oceanfront walks. The main floor features open-concept living, perfect for family time. The chef will love the well-equipped kitchen, with sleek stainless steel appliances and a Keurig and drip coffeemaker. Everyone has plenty of room between the large dining table and barstools at the breakfast bar. In the evening, everyone can snuggle up on the large sectional to stream their favorite movies on the 75-inch TV. You’ll also find one of two primary bedroom suites on the first floor.
