Stayed Apr 12, 2025Property and house are beautiful. Set up is good for families with children. Plenty of space for everyone. Two issues-the walkway to the beach is wobbly towards the bottom-we felt it may collapse . Secondly we didn't realize the number of steps to get to top master bedroom. As seniors would have loved access to the elevator. This should be mentioned in the description because it was difficult for us.Otherwise, we truly enjoyed the home and the location

Stayed Dec 23, 2024We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home!! The house is amazing and very comfortable. We had 17 family members and had plenty of sleeping space and showers. The beach view is mesmerizing every morning and on sunset. We plan to use this house in the future. Love the area also. Great restaurants and shops.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We loved the location, pool, view and the floor plan. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the living/dining and kitchen furniture as well as the grease and mold on the cooktop grill. The main floor bedroom bathroom sinks were slow draining and clogged with filth. The ceilings fans were coated with grime and dust and the barbecue grill was not clean. The home itself is very nice, but needs a lot of deep cleaning and repairs. Items that we could have used more of were garbage bags, hair and body products, plastic storage containers with lids, ziplock bags, tinfoil, disposable dishcloths, disinfectant wipes, salt, pepper, cooking spray. In all the other rental/vacation homes we’ve stayed in these items were all included.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the best time on our vacation and everyone LOVED this house. Will will plan to figure out a week for next year. It was perfect and so well equipped in the kitchen since we all live to cook. I only wish they would put a microwave on the 2nd and 3rd floors to just eat up coffee and baby bottles

Stayed Sep 18, 2024This was the perfect property! We loved every single thing about it. There were plenty of rooms for everyone, we all had enough space to stretch out and enjoy ourselves. The private beach that comes with the property is incredible. We all enjoyed our stay so much, that we have agreed we want to come back and stay here again. Top tier property!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was in a great spot. Size is wonderful. The furniture in family room is old and stained. Not inviting at all. The range hood which reaches to ceiling has several layers of accumulated grease. Area rugs were stained. Main floor shower head leaked disrupting flow .Top floor bedroom smelled musty. Area rug stained. Attached bath had mold stains.Second floor dryer made a loud noise and were afraid to use.Beautiful home but needs some attention Any communication was quickly answered.

Stayed Jun 22, 2024The house is beautiful and the location great. We had a family of 14 ranging in age from 73 to 4. The only downside is that the house is “tired/worn” and needs a really good cleaning. The white furniture was filthy and we covered it with sheets so we didn’t Have to sit on it. There are plenty of pool/beach toys. Plenty of refrigerator/freezer storage and 3 separate ice machines. If anyone has mobility issues, there are a lot of stairs going down to the beach.
