The home is located in 'Beach Nest' which is a 5 min walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. This family friendly neighborhood consists of only 9 homes which share a community pool. The pool is located diagonally across the drive from Casa Verde. This home is perfect for a large family or couples traveling together. There are a total of four bedrooms. Three bedrooms have en-suite baths and each with queen beds. The 4th bedroom contains a twin over full bunk with twin trundle (sleeps 4) and has a full bath across the hall. The main floor master suite has a private deck and beautiful tiled walk-in shower.
